We offer a 30-day warranty from the date your order is delivered. This warranty covers items that arrive damaged, defective, or with a clear production issue.

If your tote bag arrives damaged during shipping or has a noticeable issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging, if possible

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another solution depending on the situation.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, heavy overloading, washing incorrectly, normal wear over time, or everyday use.

Because each tote is handmade, slight color differences, stitching variations, fabric placement changes, and small imperfections may occur. These little details are part of the handmade character of the bag and are not considered defects.

Yes!!! every tote is made with care, one at a time. Because of that, small differences in stitching, color, or design placement may happen, but that’s what makes each bag special.

How long does shipping take?

Please allow about 2–3 weeks for your tote to be made and delivered. Once it ships, you’ll get tracking so you can follow it the whole way.

How do I take care of my tote?

Gently spot clean it with a damp cloth and let it air dry. Try not to machine wash, soak, bleach, or scrub it too hard so the design stays looking good.
